How to get the equal pay act put into law and enforcing the current executiveorder #11246 to be enforced now...

i am a lu#28 female journeywomen sheetmetal worker in new york...i am over 40 ..like many of my sisters i am laid off for long periods of time losing all my union benefits including medical coverage....our union had a referal hall run by infotech technolgies that also has a federal special master that oversees....with the unemployment being at 8.5 and we have 72 journeywomen that use the referal hall list with lots of jobs that are either being funded by DASNY the federal gov't or that are PLA project labor agreement jobs with CBA rules...why cant the dept labor interface their computer systems to link up to some unions computerized data referal hall systems to get data to see where union women in the trades journeywomen are not getting equal pay or equal jobs that are being funded....thank you for your support anna quitoriano ...
