Eligibility to enter

Hello,

I am very interested in entering this contest but I had a question in regards to the rules. The rules state:

"DOL employees are not eligible, nor are other Federal entities or employees acting within the scope of their employment."

While I am not explicitly a DOL employee, I am a government contractor currently working on an unrelated DOL project. Am I eligible? Thanks for the clarification!
